An impromptu speech during his set about being a raver led to Moby instantly kicking up the BPM making people forget all about singing along and focus on dancing their asses off. Only complaint of Guitar Cases I have is that before his last song of his set, Shirtless Moby appeared.

One of his first unveilings was when he rocked the main floor in Den Bosch during Armin’s ASOT 500 celebration. From what we’ve already witnesses from this young lad, he definitely holds this title…and holds it strong! He mirrors a true artist experimenting with hearty sounds and effortlessly blending electro, trance, & house gracefully, proving how different genres can coexist.

Speaker Cases attention: Make every effort for DJing show without the band. I returned to the venue about an hour before the event was due to start and was shocked at what I found on stage. My goalpost system had been covered with the dirtiest backdrop you have ever seen.

As CD Cases, it completely covered my lightshow so not one effect was visible. Their P.A. was set up infront of mine, despite there being plenty of space either side, but that wasn’t the end of it…oh no…the final straw was that by mixing desk and twin CD players had been shoved against the wall with my amp racks close by leaving me facing the wall to DJ and with 1 square foot of area to stand and house my CDs!

I asked the manager to call the band’s room and ask them if they wouldn’t mind coming down and speaking with me about the stage set up. I politely asked them why they had taken up all of the stage, not to mention cover my lighting and P.A. system. The press release proclaims the festival as a “world within itself…with plenty of room for relaxing, mingling, eating, drinking and of course dancing”, and from my experience that was exactly what they delivered.  The Comcast Center was decked out with 2 major stages (Main and Dim Mak), and one smaller stage (Advent) – plus a plethora of vendors selling food, clothing, and other assorted flashing and neon goods.  The music was the star of CD Cases, but playing a close second was a day’s worth of top notch people watching – which proved needed distractions over the 10 hour marathon.
